A blend our Lavender, Rosemary & Lemon Verbena Essential Oils, in a base of 190 proof organic can sugar alcohol.  To make it less harsh on your skin we add a bit of organic aloe and some vitamin E oil.  No toxic isopropyl alcohol and it has a refreshing scent!
